The mine-use liquid transportation TPU hose is one of the most important pieces of equipment for the emergency drainage and transportation of water when a mine flooding accident occurs. The RTJ**0 rotary plug is used with mine-use liquid transportation TPU hoses, to connect the hose with another hose; or with other liquid transportation equipments, in order to form liquid transportation systems that can withstand high pressure. This kind of plug has the following characteristics: simple structure, beautiful shape, convenient to operate, fast to connect and dismantle, reliable, high-pressure resistant, light-weight, etc.
The mine-use liquid transportation TPU hoseconsists of an inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and an outer adhesive layer. Functional Polyurethane elastomer is used for the adhesive layer, which oil-resistant, water-resistant, aging-resistant, and non-polluting to the transportation mediums. High-strength woven polyester is used for the fiber-reinforced layer, with the embedded conductive fiber; it works as the framework material of the hose wall, which has strong ability of pressure-bearing and shape-keeping, and non-static.| País: | China |
