Brief
Introduction
On the basis of Symons cone technology and the principles of
"inter-particle crushing" and "finer products by fewer
crushing stages", JYC compound cone crusher is created,
according to clients' requirements, as a kind of modern high
performance crusher with high swing frequency, optimized cavity
and reasonable strokes.
It is widely used for mines and ores, hard rocks and building
materials crushing, also used in cement plants, sand and stone
plants, concrete batching plants, dry-mixed mortar,
desulfurization in power plants, quartz sand,
etc.

heavy main frame and automatic control system on the independent
oil lubrication system.
2. The use of a tramp release
system with a fixed return point makes sure that the crusher
setting is instantaneously maintained even after passing a piece

inter-particle crushing to crush the materials through the
combining effect of the collision and grind between particles,
not only reducing the wear of components, but conducing to a
higher percentage of cubic products.
4. Mechanical locking wear
