Brief Introduction

JY Series High-speed Cone Crusher is JINYUAN's latest equipment developed for fine crushing. The great combination of integrated structure design of traditional Symons series and advantages of Rotary Disk Sand Making Machine, on the basisi of fast spinning head and inter-partical crushing principle, enables effective control over the production of flaky products and powder, improving the gradation and appearance of end products to a greater degree.

Its drive system adopts the SKF qualified imported bearings, instead of domestic traditional copper bushing. To have the head rotate at high speed, the drive gears adopt Germany imported circular arc spiral bevel gears. Meanwhile, the cavity clearing system is supported by the multi-cylinder low pressure cavity clearing equipment, which can eliminate the unexpected block easily and make the produciton normal again. This cone crusher obtains high praise from users due to its high rotary speed, low noise, smooth operation and low failure rate.
With optimized cavity design and one-station electrical cooling lubrication system, this machine is usually used for the tertiary crushing in the whole production line. It is the best shaping and fine crushing equipment for highway paving and batching plant aggregate.
