Milk Protein Isolaets **2  is manufactured via proprietary ceramic filtration process that isolates milk proteins in a highly concentrated form.  This product is spray dried and provides exceptional nutritive value and can be used in a wide range of food and nutritional products to increase the protein content or to standardize the protein content.
