PRODUCT DESCRIPTION



Grade A Medium Heat Milk Protein Concentrate *0% is spray dried, free flowing milk protein and is an equivalent replacement for convertional nonfat dry milk. MPC*0 is made by processign Grade A Skim Milk by ultrafiltration, which removes a portion of the lactose. The resulting concentrated milk protein are subejct to evaporation and then spray drying.  This product is manufactured in the USA.
