JST***1 nano silicone sealant for insulating glass is a two-component room temperature neutral, room temperature curing, high flexibility, high modulus silicone sealant. Products integrate into the system of functional nanomaterials, has excellent resistance to high-temperature resistance, good adhesion and resistance to ozone, UV resistance, good weathering resistance performance. Adjustable cure time.

Introduction:

　　Two-component, neutral cured at room temperature, curing time adjustable.

　　Excellent resistance to high & low temperature and air aging.

　　Excellent adhesion to most materials such as glass and aluminum etc.

　　Quick cured. Excellent adhesion to most building materials.

　　No corrosion to the surface; no pollution to the environment.

　　Purposes:

　　Mainly applied in the sealing for IG of buildings, vehicles and refrigeration.

　　Methods of Application:

　　1. JST***1 Silicone Sealant for IG has excellent adhesion to aluminum and glass. The surface must be clean, dry and without dust.

2. It can be applied in automatic or manual production line, also can be used singly or with butyl sealant. Com A & B can be mixed evenly at the weight rate of *2:1 and curing speed is also adjustable within the range of A:B=*1:1～*4:1 (by weight) according to demands.
