Structure of Insulating Joint

      Insulating Joint consist of following part: upper pipe, lower pipe, glove pipe, insulating part, sealing part  and insulating coating. Between upper and lower pipe there are insulating part and sealing part to form a double sealing structure of insulating property. The glove pipe are beveled for welding or directly welding with the upper pipe to form a sealing space with  insulating apart, upper pipe and lower pipes inside.  Thiswill largely enhance the insulating effect and also the anti-pressure capability.

Sealing style of Insulating Joint

Insulating Joint has good insulating effect and long life-span. the sealing system is very important for insulating effect. At present, the insulating joint adopt U type sealing ring to achieve double insulating system.
