It greatly improves the productivity. Especially the calendering system which has achieved the international standard, it is the fist choice of slitting equipment.

Features

1.Timing belt transmission, make it stable running and less noise even though at high speed operation.

2.Adopt the widen belt on back-stand to increase the friction when feeding paper.

3.Equipped with newly fasten unit, making it is convenient to adjust the raw material.

4.The calendering roll made of high quality solid steel material and it is special processed on tis surface. The finished products after calendering is very soft and smooth.

5.It is specially equipped with some arc dispelling roll to reach the better effect.

6.With the function of pneumatic paper loading, edge vacuum suction.

7.Infrared jumbo roll inspection system, automatic stop when paper breaking.

8.Automatic finished roll discharging(optional).

9.The finished products has good winding profiles and clean cutter.

Guarantee

The main body(not included the motor and wear parts) guarantee is one year. During the guarantee period, if the main body defective as the bad quality without any workers wrong operation, the seller should replace the parts for free or prepare the goods for free.
