Automatic Jumbo Roll Slitting Rewinder
      
Introduction
        
This kind of slitting rewinder is used to slit and rewind the bathroom tissue, non-woven materials. The single ply paper can be slit and rewinded into two, three or four ply paper with various widths, for the production of napkins, hankies, facials or sanitary napkins. The machine is featured of good performance, compact structure, and stable running, easy operation. The finished products has good winding profiles, which make it a good equipment for the paper mills and textile factories, and a high reputation from the customers. The machine can be equipped with double calendering rolls.

Features
    
1.Adopts air swelling shaft to furl roll(or to use pneumatic style to furl roll), the tension of furling roll can be adjusted.
2.Blank pressing system: using steel to steel blank pressing and independent cylinder, to make the paper non separation.
3. Three backstands, pneumatic jumbo roll loading, and pneumatically wide belt paper unwinding driving, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
4. Trimming, gluing and sealing device can be customized as clients requests.

We will provide operation video and manual for assistant. If necessary, our engineer will go to your factory for guiding. 

Guarantee

The main body(not included the motor and wear parts) guarantee is one year. During the guarantee period, if the main body defective as the bad quality without any workers wrong operation, Xuchang Hengyuan Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. should replace the parts for free or prepare the goods for free. Beyond period, only manufacturing cost will be charged for spare parts.
