Main Application:
It is designed for high precision processing & grinding of the two paralell surfaces of thin metallic parts such as bearing, valve plate, carbide chip, seal, oil pump vane, piston ring, etc. It can also grind the surfaces of flat non-metallic parts of hard & brittle materials like glass and ceramics with high precision & efficiency.

Technical Features:
1. Reliable Siemens **8D CNC control system with friendly HMI.
2. Marposs online detection technology is adopted for precision on-line closed-loop control of the workpiece size.
3. Diamond wheel/CBN wheel/diamond pad as options for high-efficient & quality grinding.
4. Auto dressing device & technology is equipped for grinding wheels.
5. Grinding head feeding cotrolled by high-precision ball screw unit, with feeding precision up to 0.**1mm.
6. Feeding carrier is driven by servo-motor, realizing stable 1~*0 r/min stepless speed regulating.
7. Adopts hinged feeding carrier with easy operation, which also facilitate the wheel dressing & maintenance of grinding area. 
8. Auto feeding & unloading device is optional for automatic prodution line.
