It is designed for highefficient &precision synchronous processing & grinding of the two paralell surfaces of thin metal/non-metallicparts in various shapes, such as bearing, valve plate, alum plate,seal, oil pump vane, piston ring, etc.

â…¡.Technical Features:

1.ReliableMitsubishi E*0 CNC control system with friendly HMI.
2. The upper and lower surfaces of the processed parts are grinded at the time with high precision. And no need forassisted positioning (such as disk).
3. Double disc grinding and auto dressingcontrol systems for high precision grinding.
4. Grinding head feeding cotrolled by high-precision ball screw unit, with feeding precision up to 0.**1mm. 
5. Grinding head spindle is driven byservo-motor, revolving speed 1*0~**0 r/min withstepless speed regulating.
6. Feeding carrier is driven by servo-motor, revolving speed 1~*0 r/minwithstepless speed regulating.
7. Cooling liquid is recycled for temperature contol through triple filterations, including magnetic separation, papar filtering and sediment filtering.
8. Hinged feeding carrier is adopted for easy & flexible operation, which also facilitate the wheel dressing & replacement. 
9. The machine adopts box structure withvertical spindle for upper & lower grinding heads, ensuring reliable rigidity and thermal stability.
