Product Description

Graphite block is made form the domestic petroleum coke and widely used in the metallurgy, machinery, electronics and chemical industry, etc. The graphite block include molded, extruded, vibrated and isostatic. Our main and most preponderant graphite plate is molded formed. Our products own the following characteristics: low electricresistance, good electric and thermal conductivity, high oxidation resistance, greater resistance to thermal and mechanical shock, high mechanical strength, high machining accuracy and so on.

The material of our graphite block

All of our graphite block is made from the superior petroleum coke, which meets the state stands YB/T******0. The better raw material will produce the better products.

 

The applications of graphite plate:

1. Refractory material: widely used in the metallurgical industry.

2. main graphite materials to machine graphite products.

3. Conducting material: In the electronics industry, widely used for graphite electrode, brush, etc.

4. Sealing material: it can be as sealing ring in the equipment, such as centrifugal pump, hydraulic turbine, etc.

5.  Anticorrosion material: Widely used in petroleum, chemical, hydrometallurgy departments.

6.  Isolation, high temperature resistant, radiation protection materials

7.  Molds: hot pressing molds, static casting molds, centrifugal casting molds, pressure casting

 molds, fused refractory molds, etc.

8.  Furnace parts:  resistance heating elements, induction susceptors, structural elements and charging plates, furnace linings, heat shields and covers for pulling monocrystalline silicon or optical fibers, etc.

9.  Anodes for the electrolysis of metals.

The precautions to extend the service life of graphite plate:

1). When the current of the graphite plate becomes larger, the surface temperature of the graphite plates will be higher. Under such climate, we advise to use the low surface load power.

2). Its much better to parallel the graphite plates rather than connect in series.

3). After the graphite plates are heated in air, the surface forms compact silicon oxide film to resist oxidation. Kinds of surface coating have been applied to avoid the plate cracks.

4). When continue to use graphite plate, the resistivity could be slowly appended to maintain long service life.

5). The service life will be shorter when the temperature moves up in the usage of graphite plates. The oxidation rate could increase after the furnace temperature arrives above ***0℃. Please notice the surface temperature of graphite plates.
