Fish Meal Drying Process Line Machine for large capacity production

We are committed to the fish meal

and technology in the world, advanced animals innocuous treatment
equipment has been developed, and a complete set of innocuous

Introduction

The system adopts the most advanced dry system process. The high
temperature and high pressure of can to livestock and
poultry carcasses
is preparing sterilization, which will then be completely
decomposed into fat and flesh powder after drying,
degreasing,crushing
and other procedures.

Product

The oil is used as the industrial oil, feed oil and
bio-diesel.

The flesh powder can produce high
protein feed and organic fertilizer, both of which have very high

Crusher /metal detector

Raw material processing including
crush and collect.

When the raw material is frozen
fish, need to be curshed into small piece, so convenient for
transporting and improve the working efficiency. Collect means
remove the metal inside the material by the metal detector,to
reduce the damage for the follow-up machine caused by the
metal.

Fish cooker

The material in the tank transported
to the cooker by the screw conveyor.

The material heated to *****0
degree,to reach the best press effect.

Screw press

The vibrating screen will separate
the liquid from the rawterial.

The liquid will be transported to
the press tank by the thread rod pump.

The solid will be pressed, extrude 
the liquid from the soild.

Disc dryer

Indirectly steam-heated and designed
for continuous cooking or drying of animals by-products or fish.
The rotor consists of a central pipe on which vertically arranged
and parallel discs with double walls have been welded. This design
results in a concentrated heating surface offering maximum
evaporation capacity in a compact design.

Horizontal centrifuge
1.Three phase separation;

2.Recover sludge efficiently, effect
good oil separation;

3.The parts contacting with material are made of stainless
steel;

4.***0t/h capacity, stepless adjustable
motor;

Cooler

The quick water-flow type cooler will cool down the power and
granular material. When the material gets cool, this machine will
select out different size products.
Air condition

The Air Condition is designed for condensing the processing vapours
emitted from cooking or drying of meat or fish by products. The
condensed water can be recycled to other plant.
Mill

The mill is used to reduce the particle size of greaves after
fat extractions. The reduction in size required at this stage
dependson whether the meal is used directly in compound feeds or it
will bepassed through a further stage of size
reduction.
