  We offer the two most popular and versitile styles: the full size *6" and the smaller *8" version of the Splint. Both are the standard 4.*5" wide. We feel that this combination will be the most versatile to cover just about any injury that can be aided by a splint.   In the Splint, a flat piece of sheet metal bends easily, but if you mold it into any of several structural curves, it becomes much more rigid. The Splint is so strong that people have even used it as an emergency canoe paddle or snow shovel.
