Philadelphia cervical collar. Popular lightweight collar with double hook 'n pile closure.  Molded Plastazote foam body has rigid plastic occipital and mandible posts.  The Philadelphia collar is shaped to fit chin and shoulder contours and is perforated for ventilation. All models are fully radiolucent. Size according to neck circumference and height measurement from sternal lnotch to chin

Use method:

1) Place the posterior half of the orthosis marked, Back Around the neck.
2) Then apply the anterior half of the orthosis, marked Front, in ventral position to the neck so that it overlaps with the posterior half and the chin comes to rest in the provided recess.
3) Close the hook and loop Velcro straps.
