Vermiculite Board is a non-combustible board in which the unique cellular structure of vermiculite is maintained and controlled by a pre-treatment process. This gives excellent thermal insulation properties with dimensional stability at high temperatures.
The vermiculite boards are mainly made of expanded vermiculite and mixed with certain proportion of inorganic polymer adhesive.The board have good function of not burning,heat insulation and preservation, sound insulation,moisture adjustment and without any harmful substance.Vermiculite board is not containing asbestos and smoke-free,non-toxic when it is been heated.They are nature,green , innovation construction material.

   Production function:
   1. Indoor humidity adjustment : When the indoor humidity increases, the superfine pores in the diatomite wall material can absorb water from air and store it . If the water content of indoor air decreases , i,e, the humidity decreases, the diatomite wall material can release the water from their superfine pores .
    2. Anion generation: The diatomite coating have 5,****6,**0 times smaller superfine pores than charcoal, and therefore excellent adsorptivity to micro particles. The diatomite wall material decomposes water into anions and cations, which are floating in air so that people has the same feeling as they live in nature.
    3. Acarid prevention and gas defense: The product inhibits acarid growth and prevents mould and moth .
