What is Durkflex® FG Elastomeric Thermal Insulation?

With a closed-cell structure, Durkflex® FG is a high-quality flexible NBR-based foam thermal insulation for HVAC & R applications. The whole series of Durkflex® FG products have fully applied with "ACMF (Accurate Control Microcellular Foam)" technology, which helps to improve several basic performances of foam insulation.

Features of Durkflex® FG NBR Insulation

1. Outstanding fire safety performance

On behalf of higher fireproofing performance, passed BS part 6 Class 0 test, FM approval, and UL listing, owning the lower heat release and smoke development rating, bringing more safety.

2. Excellent thermal insulation property

Unique ACMF technology creates fine-foamed structures and seals more air inside, greatly reducing the probability of being damaged and improving further insulation performance.

3. Higher water vapor & moisture diffusion resistance

Higher closed-cell rate, fine foamed structure, keeping water vapor and moisture hard to permeate inside, contributes to maintaining steady low thermal conductivity and prolonging working life.

4. Environment friendly

CFC / HCFC free, free of fiber, dust, heavy metal, silicon, and resistant to mold and fungi growth. Ammonia and SOx content are also free, meeting the acceptance criteria for a semiconductor clean room for coverage above *0% of the net clean room area, with RoHS, REACH, and Greenguard Gold certifications.

5. Easy installation
