Electrical open fryer OFE28A, high energy efficiency, filtration integrated, 13L x2

OFE-28A two baskets / two pots / electrical powered open fryer uses stand alone heating control. Every pot is equipped with a basket, integrated with separate temperature control and timer, to work for different food at the same time. OFE-28A works in the same way like OFE-322, however, it consumes a lot less oil comparing with the later one. The pot is electrical powered, and its heater, uses slidable structure, to facilitate oil contamination. When heater is off the position of oil level, heating will be shut off. Thats how the heating device is protected from being damaged by dry heating the pot is computerized controlled, integrated with program including, melting, washing, idle, filtrating, fry/cooking and alarm. Users are enabled to set up its own program based on its own technical specification and process; define password, and at the same time, to set up and modify initial set data.
