   DJ*2 Transformer-Rectifier

1.            General

DJ*2 transformer rectifier is widely used to protect all kinds of metal structures and facilities by impressed current cathodic protection, such as pipelines and cables which are buried in soil, seawater and chemical medium, piers, tanks, ships and coolers. The transformer rec­tifier is provided with advanced technical index, high reliability and long service life.

2.            Production Features

DJ*2 transformer rectifier adopts thyristor primary regulator, trans­former decompression and rectification technology of secondary recti­fying tube. The TR is provided with smooth output regulation, small loss and high efficiency. Transformer, rectifying unit and filtering unit are equipped in oil box, and control components are equipped in control box. The degree of protection of encloser is IP*5.

3.            Technical Index

3.1          Power supply： Three phase AC**0V土 *0% *0Hz±5%

3.2          Safety requirements

3.2.1       Isolation resistance: The isolation resistance between power terminal and encloser should not be less than *0MQ.

3.2.2       Dielectric strength: Between power terminal and encloser should be able to endure ***0V, *0Hz (virtual value) test pressure for 1 min, and should be no flashover or breakdown.

3.3          Adjustable ranges of output voltage and output current: 5%~**0% of rated value.

3.4          Ripple coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than *5% when the TR is operating on rated output state.

3.5          Operation Mode

3.5.1       Manual adjustment operation mode: Constant current can be regulated manually.

3.5.2       Remote control operation mode: Constant current can be regu­lated remotely by the computer.

3.6          TR has been provided with soft start function.

3.7          There is over-current protection in TR.

3.8          Alarm

3.8.1       When output current is up to **2 % ~ **0 % of rated output current, the TR will alarm with sound and light.

3.8.2       When the door is open, the TR will alarm with sound and light.

3.9          Automatic protection: When the power supply is phase failure, the temperature of oil box exceeds *5°C or the oil potential is too low, TR will cut off output automatically.

3.*0        Display: TR can display output voltage, output current and the temperature of transformer oil.

3.*1        Fault indication

Fault indication includes doors open fault, power fault, oil temperature overheating fault, over-current fault, over-voltage fault, phase failure, and so on. Fault indication can be equipped based on users' require­ments.

3.*2        Cooling: The TR adopts oil cooling and the limit of temperature increment of main components in oil box is less than *0°C when the TR has been working for *4h.

3.*3        Remote data transmission port

3.*3.1     TR can transmit signals of output voltage, output current and six faults remotely to control computer by data port.

3.*3.2     Control computer can send preset signal to TR by data port to realize the telecontrol function.

3.*4        Protection against lightning

There are circuits of protection against lightning in the terminal and output terminal. The circuits accord with the rules of I EC ***4.

3.*5        Input character: The mutative range of constant current is less than 1% when the voltage of electric power grid changes in the range of土 *0%.
