     FPS*1 explosion-proof transformer-rectifier

1.            General

FPS*1 explosion-proof transformer-rectifier is used in the place in which there are requirements for explosion-proof to protect metal structures and equipments, such as pipelines, cables, tanks and piers and so on by im­pressing current.

2.            Production Features

The TR has been provided with oil-immersion cabinet and explosion- proof cabinet to meet requirements of national standard-GB***6 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmosphere".

2.1          The TR has been provided with automatic switching function of operation mode.

2.2          The TR has been provided with functions of anti-jamming and anti­lightning to increase the reliability greatly.

2.3          The TR has been provided with self-test function that is convenient for distinguishing the causes of fault.

2.4          The TR has adopted key-press operation. Multi-parameters can be showed by multiple digital meters at the same time. Operation and control are simple and intuitive.

2.5          The TR can be connected with computer to transmit parameters and working state remotely and control operation mode and potential given value remotely, which has realized intelligent management.

3 Technical Requirements

3.1          Power supply： Single phase **0 x (1 ± *0%)V, three phase **0 x (1±*0%)V, *0x(1 ±5%) Hz.

3.2          Explosion-proofing rating： Exod Iæ—§ T5

3.3          Degree of protection： IP*5

3.4          Basic technical performances

3.4.1       Ranges of output voltage and output current： 1% ~ **0% of rated value.

3.4.2       Range of constant potential: The constant potential is consecutive and can be regulated in the range of OmV — ***0mV.

3.4.3       Constant potential precision: The error between controlled potential and protective potential is less than 5mV.

3.4.4       Reference impedance: more than 2 MQ.

3.4.5       Characteristic of resisting interference: The mutative value of protective potential is less than 5mV when inflicting AC*0V *0Hz interference voltage.

3.4.6       Setting range of constant current: 1% ~ **0% of rated value of output current.

3.4.7       Constant current precision: better than 1% ± *0mA.

3.4.8       Ripple coefficient: The ripple coefficient is not more than *5% when TR is operating on rated output state.

3.4.9       Operation mode switching: Constant potential mode and constant cur­rent mode can be mutually switched by hand; when the TR cannot work nor­mally on constant potential mode, the device will switch into constant current mode.

3.4.*0     There is self-test function in TR.

3.4.*1     Recovery function: The TR can still work at the protective current which has been set before when power has been recovered.

3.4.*2     Drift: The TR has been operating for *4 hours, the mutative value of protective potential is not more than 5 mV and the mutative value of constant current is not more than 1%.

3.5          Telecontrol and teletransmission functions

3.5.1       Teletransmission of operating parameters: The TR can collect and trans­mit output voltage, output current, protective potential remotely to computer. Transmission precision is better than 1%.

3.5.2       Teletransmission of working state

The TR can transmit working states remotely to computer, such as if the tem­perature of oil is normal or not, if power is phase failure or not, if power is normal or not, if output is overcurrent or not, if output is overvoltage or not.

3.5.3       Telecontrol of given value: The computer can control the enactment of protective potential remotely (in the constant potential operation mode) and can preset constant current remotely (in constant current operation mode). Telecontrol precision is better than士 1%.

3.5.4       Telecontrol of working mode: The computer can control the startup and shutdown of TR remotely. The computer can control the TR to work on con­stant potential mode or constant current mode remotely. The computer also can control the given value is set by interior or exterior.

3.6          Protective function

The TR has been provided with automatic shutdown function when there is fault and protections against overcurrent, phase failure, overheating, oil leak, lightning, etc.

3.7          Indication and operation

3.7.1       The TR has been equipped with high-precision digital meters and can display output voltage, output current and protective potential simultaneously. Precision is better than 0.5%. The TR has also been equipped with turn-colour indicator lights to display each operation state.

3.7.2       Operation modes adopt key-press operation.
