Construction machine ZN*0 type with 6m flexible shaft insertion concrete vibrator

Plug-in concrete vibrator is an important mechanical equipment in modern concrete 

works. It is used where pouring concrete members who can be inserted vibrators. For 

example: pouring concrete columns, walls, primary, secondary beams and precast, etc. 

It is particularly suitable for small pieces and thin cast light wall and so on. It can apply 

for vibration curable, semi-hard, dry concrete. It is a high efficiency vibrated concrete 

vibrator.
 

Electric concrete vibrator, driven by a motor, transmitted by a flexible shaft, growth by 

planetary bodies, obtains high-frequency vibration to improve productivity. Combined 

with the use of plug-in vibrator, concrete vibrator is a kind of mechanized equipment to 

tamp concrete. Bubbles must be excluded when concrete mixing machine mixed the 

concrete pouring members, to tamp them hard. Concrete vibrator can dense concrete 

firmly and eliminate phenomena of Honeycomb, to ensure the strength and quality of 

concrete structures.
 

1. Before operation, please check the power supply phase connection is correct. After the 

electrical connection, if the vibrator has no vibration, you can knock the vibrating rod to 

the ground. When vibrator generates woo sounds, vibration operation can be carried out.

2. When operating, the vibrator should insert in concrete vertically or inclined and the 

vibrator should twitch up and down for a certain time.
