1.Introduction:

Chitosan Oligosaccharide refined from Food Grade Chitosan, which made from the Alaska deep-sea snow crab shells, using high-tech means and modern biological fermentation technology. It possesses wth low molecular weight, water-soluble, and biological activity, easily absorbed by the human body and many other superior features. It is studied that can be absorbed completely by human body and the biological activity is more than ten times, even dozens of times, than that of Chitin, Chitosan products.
