Product Introduction
CG***4 is an environmental protection water-based material prepared from polyurethane by our company. Compared with the similar products on the market, CG***4has the following features:soft feel, good film forming property, super strong tensile force and extensibility, high transparency and gloss, and strong washing fastness (non-decoating after the machine washing of *8h in*0â„ƒ) and weather resistance (explosion-free and embrittlement-free in**4â„ƒ for *8 hours). For the product, the manual and machine printed mass production are practicable.

Operation Instruction
CG***4PU gloss paste can be applied to the surface covering of mortar to increase the luminance brightness, and the formation of powder. The product is feathered with very good gloss of the powder, non-oxidizing and non-sticky properties and good washing fastness. The CG***4 gloss paste also can be applied to the surface covering in the formation process of the ironing paper, and other effects of the ironing paper will not changed obviously in the condition of reinforcing the washing fastness. In the surface covering process of the mortar by CG***4, in order to guarantee the washing fastness, suggest adding 1% of assist dose (PC***0 assist dost prepared by our company) to increase the fastness, and do not change other performances of the paste.
Note:
1. CG***4 shall be added with 1% of assist dose in the surface covering process, and shall be replaced by new mortar after 4h.
2. Due to the extremely high transparency, the air bubble will not be generated in the application process of CG***4, adverse effect will not be generated for the production in the manual printing process, the matte surface may be generated by the aggravation of the high temperature baking and evaluation in the machine printing process, so suggest replacing the fresh paste frequently in the machine printing process.
3. CG***4, feathered with good film forming property and fast drying speed, shall not go through high temperature heat treatment immediately in the use process, but shall go through heat treatment after natural leveling, otherwise uneven surface may be generated.

Reserve: The product shall be reserved in the room temperature.
