Product Introduction
CG***1 PU is a high-grade water-based Printed Paste prepared by mixing acrylic acid and polyurethane by our company. At present, the products are still rare on the market. The producthas the following features:easy operation and thickening properties (strong stereoscopic impression), soft feel, good tensile force, high washing fastness (resistance to machine washing in*0â„ƒ for *0 hours), good weather resistance (explosion-free and embrittlement-free in**5â„ƒ for *8 hours) and etc. Compared with the oily thick plate, CG***1 had the advantages of higher performance price ratio, more saving labor in the production process, more convenient and faster deliver. For the product, the manual and machine printed mass production are practicable.

Operation Instruction
CG***1 is applied to printing for 8 times by the common screen board (****-mesh gauze, thickness-free) with extremely strong stereoscopic impression. In case of thick plate for screen printing for 6 times, the perfect effect can be achieved. For the ordinary fabric, carry out direct printing of CG***1 for 6 to 8 times, and then cover the surface for 2 to 3 times by the mortar. In case of small flower type (such as lines and small dots) and high water washing requirement, the operation of adding 1% of PC***0 product prepared by our company is suggested to increase the fastness.
CG***1 is applied to the printing of knitted cotton fabric, woven fabric and polyester fabric. After printing, the product shall go through overheating treatment after the placement for a period of time according to the weather conditions, otherwise, the air bubble will be generated, and the layering phenomenon will be easy to generate by water washing.

Attention:
1. After printing, CG***1 water-based thick plate shall be provided with full drying time, so that the resin has enough self-cross-linking reaction time (drying for 4 hours and above naturally).
2. Before overheating treatment, the test shall be done firstly to check whether the air bubble may be generated in the overheating treatment process.
3. In the overheating reaction process, the product shall be placed for 4 hours and above, and then the water washing and rubbing tests shall be carried out.

Reserve:The product shall be reserved in a normal temperature of 5 to*0â„ƒ.
