3.The high noise reduction devices at low noise port makes the noise reduction amounted to 5dB (A) less than the same class production.
4.Unique structure and even material spreading enhances cooling, heating,fermenting function.
5. Rotary distribution system with eliminator device.
The combination of heating steam and negative vacuum in short time can increase the temperature of the grains sauce so as to realize the adjustment of sauce grains fermentation temperature timely. The combination of rapidly heating negative vacuum and industrial automation control ensures fermentation temperature in different stages without failure .
Salt water is added into the equipment quantitatively. Fermentation temperature is controlled for segmentation . In early time: *0 ~ *8°C, in mid-time : *4 ~ *6°C, in later time: *6 ~ *0°C.All the work is completed in the same equipment including zymohydrolysis, fermentation, postripeness ,water- back, leaching, oil- pouring in turns.
