A way to make fruit health-care vinegar
Concentration fruit juice is made according to conventional method with popular flavor, diluted with water, or produced juice by conventional method, adjusted total sugar content, heating and then cooling, using the method of segmentation and vinegar taking fermentation, filtering and getting pure apple vinegar .It doesn't add any nutrients and keep our products special flavor and produce acid in a quick way, and alcohol-acid conversion rate reaches 96%, the fermentation cycle is only 8-24 hours ,original flavor is kept, meanwhile it can be blended into kinds of flavor fruit vinegar beverage to rich vinegar varieties.
Apple brewing technology: We take apples by sorting, cleaning, crushing, juice processing, Applicating of composite pectinase and clarifying then getting apple juice , mixing in yeast wine for alcohol fermentation, original fruit vinegar has obtained by patent automatic brew vinegar equipment exchanging alcohol into acetic acid including filtering, sterilization, aging, deployment clarification.
