SMID is an apple vinegar born from the
ecologically home grown apples. The
recognition of its quality and originality were
given on the apple fair in ***5., Zagreb,
Croatia, where it was awarded the Quality
medal as one the finest products in its
category. This was followed by the gold
medal of quality on the international fair in
***6., Udine, Italy.
Apple vinegar with basil is, because of its
aromatic flavour, a true gourmand
experience. It is used in the preparation of
salads, sauces, pulse soups and vegetables.
Apple vinegar with garlic is produced with
the highest level of quality, without artificial
colours, flavours or preservatives, from old
sorts of apples, in a healthy environment on
the hills of Cucerje. To those that knew its
purpose, it has always meant a healthier life.
