Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Our olive oil is from Koroneiki variety **0% which has high quality oil content.

Olives produce a golden - green color olive oil that all love for the freshness, the taste, the flavor and the aroma.

It has less than 0.3% acidity during production, top of the range and is the best of its class / category.

It has a smooth, rich finish, low acidity and a medium fruitiness taste.

We use exclusively our own olives in the production since this is the only way we can guarantee supreme quality.

The olives are pressed using the cold extraction method.

Our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from our familys own estate is a medium fruity olive oil with very low acidity of 0.3% ideal for all types of cooking: meat, fish, pasta and salad preparation.
