APPLICATION TEMP.: *5 to *0 °C. at the glue rollers. DILUTION: RECOMMENDED START DILUTION : add 3 to 5 % of warm water. Dilution depends on the application, the materials used and the atmospheric conditions. Thread forming only occurs when the temperature is too low and/or when the solid content is too high. In this case, increase the temperature and/or dilute. CLEANING: With warm water. A silicone spray on the machine parts will make the cleaning easier afterwards. PACKING: *0 pillow packs per carton. Average weight per carton: +/- *5 Kg. *6 cartons on one pallet. STORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place. (MAX. *0 °C.) SHELF LIFE: 6 months in its original closed packing. SEE EXPIRATION DATE STAMPED ON THE CARTONS. PREMELTING: This glue can be pre-melted at a temperature of MAX. *5 °C. During longer machine interruptions, the temperature has to be lowered to avoid excessive evaporation and burning.
