Indicated for difficult materials such as Acetate, Polyester, Nitro-Varnish, UV Varnish, ***** SPECIFICATIONS: White-colored animal glue based on technical gelatine. This glue is particularly suitable for use on machines like CRATHERN SMITH, EMMECI and similar. CHARCTERISTICS: Undiluted glue at *0 °C – Specifications quality control at production *0 °C. - Undiluted VISCOSITY: **0 - **0 mPa.s (Brookfield RVF**0 rpm- sp.2) REFRACTIVE VALUE: *8 - *0 % ATAGO N2 OPEN TIME: Medium. TACK: Direct. APPLICATION TEMP.: *5 to *0 °C. at the glue rollers. At high temperature and/or relative humidity level, lower the temperature of the glue at the rollers by 5 °C, regulate the glue layer as thin as possible and dilute the glue as little as possible. Avoid temperatures higher than *0 ° C in the glue tank. DILUTION: Average initial dilution: +/- 5% Depending on the application, the materials used, the atmospheric conditions and the relative humidity, the ideal dilution ca vary. The more water is added, the longer the open time and the lower the tack. Always dilute with warm water. PREMELTING: This glue can be pre-melted at a temperature of MAX. *5 °C. During longer machine interruptions, the temperature has to be lowered to avoid excessive evaporation and burning. CLEANING: With warm water. A silicone spray on the machine parts will make the cleaning easier afterwards. PACKING: *0 pillow packs per carton. Average weight per carton: +/- *5 Kg. Standard *6 cartons on one pallet.
