Air heat exchangeris a kind of heat exchanger that is used to cool or heat forcibly flowing air with water, glycol solution, steam or heat conduction oil as the medium.Different models of heat exchanger should be selected according to the actual working conditions.

Air heat exchanger can be divided into air heater and air cooler.

Air heater has several forms including electric heating, steam heating, and oil heating etc.

Air cooling machine, with the environment air as the cooling medium, is the equipment to cool or condensate the process fluid with high temperature in the tube. It is called air cooler for short, and is also called air cooling heat exchanger. Air cooler can be also called as fin blower that is often used to replace the cooling medium of water-cooling shell-tube heat exchanger.

Air to water Heat Exchanger

Model SRZ is not only applicable to hot water medium, but also high temperature oil medium, which is widely used for air heating or cooling in the industries of textile printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, latex rubber, foodstuff, chemical, metallurgy coating, pharmacy, plastic& leather, timber etc. The fin tube is made of seamless steel tube of ø*1x2.0MM with *5x0.3mm crimped fin. The working pressure is 2.0MPa, and working temperature is under **0â„ƒ.

Model SRZ mainly consists of 3 furcal rows of spiral finned tube, the finned tube is constructed by seamless steel tube with crimped steel fin by mechanical circumam bulation method. The surface is zinc plated or sprayed with high temperature aluminium paint coating. Steel tube and fin area combined together tightly with wide contact surface. This type of radiator features good and stable heat conduction performance, corrosion resistance, nice appearance, easy installation, convenient management, and durable service.
