The catalyst is a dehydrogenation agent in a precious metal-oxide system and is mainly used for dehydrogenation and purification of inert gases such as nitrogen and argon. For example, inert gas with high oxygen content (0.**2%) is deoxygenated by hydrogenation, and excess hydrogen is removed to obtain high-purity gas without oxygen and hydrogen.

Principle:

Hydrogen in the inert gas reacts with "solid" oxygen on the catalyst to form water for dehydrogenation. When the "solid" oxygen on the catalyst is exhausted, oxygen can be introduced at room temperature to achieve oxidation and regeneration, and it can be used repeatedly.

 

 

 

use method:

1. The HO*2 catalyst was evenly loaded into the reactor, and inert gas was introduced to replace the air in the system.

2. the space velocity of that inert gas introduce is ******0 hr*1 .

3. Heat the reactor to increase the catalyst temperature to **0℃***0℃. After the temperature is equalized, normal gas volume can be introduced for dehydrogenation and purification.

 

 

 

Dehydrogenation agent regeneration:

When the "solid" oxygen on the HO*2 type dehydrogenation agent is gradually exhausted in the dehydrogenation reaction, the dehydrogenation agent needs to be regenerated by introducing oxygen. Inject an inert gas mixture with an oxygen content of ≤2%, and the space velocity is **0 hr*1 . An oxygen meter is used to monitor the oxygen content at the outlet. When the oxygen content at the outlet increases from low to close to the oxygen content of the raw nitrogen, it means that the oxygen pretreatment is completed (depending on the amount of dehydrogenation agent, the oxygen pretreatment time varies, generally taking several hours). Close the air source valve for backup.
