**6HN*1 Type deoxidizer belongs to a metal-oxide system deoxidizer and is mainly used for chemical adsorption deoxidation and purification of ethylene, propylene, nitrogen, inert gases, carbon dioxide and other gases.

use method：

● Activate before use

Fill the deoxidizer into the reactor and remove the air from the system with inert gas.

Introduce pure nitrogen or other inert gas at a space velocity of ******0 hr*1 , while heating the reactor to evenly raise the temperature of the deoxidizer to ******0 ℃ and maintain a constant temperature for 1 hour.

Introduce a nitrogen hydrogen mixture containing ****0% hydrogen gas at a space velocity of ******0 hr*1 . Due to the increase in temperature and the addition of hydrogen, water vapor is discharged from the vent outlet. The activation reaction process progresses layer by layer along the direction of the airflow. When the activation layer moves from one end to the other, there is no water vapor discharged from the exhaust gas, indicating that the activation is basically completed. Stop heating, turn off hydrogen gas, retain small amounts of nitrogen gas, and replace the system appropriately before starting the oxygen removal work immediately. If it is used as a backup, it needs to be cooled naturally with a small amount of nitrogen gas. When the temperature inside the tower approaches room temperature, close the nitrogen and vent valves for backup.

After the activation is completed, the gas to be purified can be introduced at any time, and the deoxygenator starts deoxygenating.

● deoxidizer regeneration

After the deoxidizer is saturated with oxygen, it needs to be switched for regeneration. Carry out the specific activation steps before use.

※ Note:

The activated or regenerated deoxidizer must not be exposed to air or come into contact with a large amount of oxygen, otherwise the service life of the deoxidizer will be affected.
