Sawa Binam

A fatty, semi-solid substance with a greasy texture made by churning cream. Butter is mostly made from cow's milk. It consists of *0% milkfat and is graded by similar standards as milk, with consideration to flavor, texture, color and salt content. Unsalted butter is recommended for baking. Whipped butter is softer and more easily spread because it has air beaten into it. Margarine and other butter substitutes are generally made with oils. The word "butter" also refers to other fatty substances extracted from various plants; in these cases, the origin of the butter is specified (peanut butter, cocoa butter, almond butter, coconut butter).
