  • It is single geared, adjustable stroke type and fixed stroke type press machine.
  • Frame (body)is made from fabricated steel plates with cross-ribbed rigid structure.
  • Main crankshaft is made from medium carbon steel and fitted with graded cast iron bushes.
    • Clutch ring, Ball screw and crank key are made from special alloy steel with heat treated.
  • connecting rod is made from S.G.IRON material .
  • Flywheel is properly balanced and flywheel shaft is fitted by both side heavy duty bearings.
  • Press is provided with heavy duty "V" shape guide for smooth running of Ram, Ram Travel is accurately aligned with bed, and Ram is made from graded cast iron.
  • Both gears are hobbed cut and made from alloy steel casting.
