Zhejiang Southeast Metalsheet Co., Ltd. is a competitive enterprise, which is located in the newly founded provincial Jiangdong Industrial Park, close to scenic Qiantang River. We were jointly invested by Zhejiang Southeast Lattice Frame Group and Hong Kong Metec Limited in ***4 with registered capital of USD*2 million. In the 1st phase, our total investment is USD*4.*0 million with an overall land coverage of **0, **0 square meters. The plant is close to Huhangyong and Hangjinqu expressways and *0 kilometers away from Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhou, with convenient transportation by air, land and water. Our company is a professional metal sheet manufacturer of hot-dip galvanized coils, cold-rolled coils, cold-rolled hard coils, as well as pickled coils used in home appliances, automobile, hardware, construction industry and other fields. The construction of our company is divided into two phases. In the 1st phase, there are mainly three lines, namely, pickling line, hot-dip galvanizing line, and cold rolling line. Among these, two-stand CVC *-high mill has an annual production capacity of **0, **0 metric tons; hot-dip galvanizing line and pickling line have a capacity of **0, **0 metric tons and **0, **0 metric tons respectively. The whole plant started formal production in the 4th quarter of ***6. The 2nd phase under construction will see a **0, ***-ton bell-type annealing furnace expected to start production in the 2nd quarter of ***8. The thickness and width range of our products are 0.***2.*0mm and ****1, **0mm respectively. In order to maintain advanced technology in domestic industry of the same trade, our cold rolling mill and assorted equipment were imported from SMS-Demag of Germany and from Pomini of Italy as well. We are the first one to be equipped with manufacturing equipment of such an advanced world level among Chinese private enterprises. Matching with these are pickling and acid regeneration lines and hot-dip galvanizing lines, provided by prestigious domestic suppliers. All these advanced equipment surely has laid a solid foundation for highly sophisticated products.
