Production lines include cold rolling bearing steel pipes, bearing turning parts, cold rolling expansion bearing rings, heat-treatment, grinding and assembly working process. Until ***7, MXB has developed more than *5 advanced production lines to manufacture high precision low noise bearings, main products are ball bearings and tapered roller bearings, other products are Outer Spherical-Surface Bearings and related non-standard bearings. MXB is positive and active to adopt new & high technology both from domestically and internationally. In ***8, the first cold rolling expansion technology has been imported from Germany to MXB, now this technology is widely used to make MXB bearing rings. Since ***0, MXB has cooperated with China National Bearing Research Institute to develop low noise high precision bearings and gained success in this field. MXB electrical motor quality level bearings are exported to Europe, Easter Asian, UAS and so on, the quality is controlled strictly by third party. MXB takes every effort to improve the management .The company has fully implemented ISO***1 quality system and already obtained the certification as early as ***6. Since ***6, MXB has fully implemented ISO/TS****9:***2 quality system and obtained the certification in ***7. In ***8, MXB has obtained ISO****1:***4 Environmental certification.
