It is located in Huizhou city with very convenient access to Hongkong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen airports. Under the investment of *0 Million HKD, occupying an area of *6, **0 square meters, the factory now has 8 workshops and nearly **0 staffs, including *5 technicians and engineers, which make it possible to reach an annual production capacity of 3, **0 tons for precision investment casting parts(including stainless faucets). One-stop Services Design Assistance We assist our customers with lost wax casting concepts, estimating manufacturing costs, manufacturing techniques and precision casting material considerations. Tool Making With in house expertise and lost wax casting tool shop, we have the complete engineering team to create molding / tooling necessary for production Secondary Machining We are equipped with High-precision CNC lathe/milling center to process the interior and exterior of various types of curved surfaces of lost wax castings such as cylinder, cones, contrate, chamfer, bevel edges, screw thread, milling holes and boring holes, while conforming to the JB/T***4.***6 Standard. Surface Finishing We provide customers with various surface finishing treatments for lost wax casting parts, including mirror polishing, passivation, sand blasting, shot blasting, barrel finishing and vibratory finishing.
