Titoma stands for Time To Market: we design, engineer and manufacture electronic products, mostly connected devices / IoT, in Taiwan and China.  Our "Magic Sauce" to avoid delays is that we involve our China supply chain from the very beginning of the Design.

At Titoma we take responsibility for the complete project, from industrial design and firmware all the way to testing, FCC certifications, testing jigs & SW, pilot runs, Mass Manufacturing and logistics. Our clients appreciate having "one throat to choke", i.e. avoid being stuck in the middle of any number of overseas suppliers all pointing fingers at one another when something inevitably goes wrong.

In the early years we worked with Taiwanese ODM factories to do the majority of the electronic design, but even with tight management on the ground that approach had too many problems (see my article: 7 pitfalls), so for quite some years now we design mechanical parts, electronic hardware and firmware all in-house.

We do most of our design in Taiwan and Colombia offices, mass manufacturing in China, production of high value & complex products in Taiwan.
