The factoryƒ ‚ƒ‚¿‚½ƒ‚¿‚½s location is strategically chosen at the Tianjin Export Processing Zone, the centre of Chinaƒ ‚ƒ‚¿‚½ƒ‚¿‚½s focal development area for the *1st century. Timflor aims to play a leading role in manufacturing of world standard parquet and providing reliable service to its customers. Tianjin Export Processing Zone is conveniently located in TEDA (Tianjin Economic Development Area), which is only a few miles away from the Tianjin port, where major international shipping and transportation corporations operate their Northern China head quarter. Timflor is situated on a land area of **6, **0 square feet and a built up area of **0, **0 square feet. With a total investment of USD*5 million, this facility is designed to have a yearly production capacity of 1&ƒ ƒ ‚½ million square meters at the end of first production year, and 2&ƒ ƒ ‚½ million square meters when the full capacity is achieved. In order to produce the highest possible quality flooring at maximum efficiency, Timflor uses only the state of the art machinery from Italy and Germany for the key manufacturing processes.
