Systems and Controls started in ***1 in a one room office with an investment of Rs. ****0 by two technical entrepreneurs who had combined experience of *0 years in the field of material testing, speed and force measurement. Those were the days when you had to invest your own capital and the concept of start-ups did not exist.Our was the first company in India to make a stroboscope using Xenon flash tubes. ***1 to ***4 was a phase of growth and expansion.

Big change came in ***4 as we started working with Carl Schenck AG, a German company manufacturing testing equipment, for marketing and servicing of their equipment in India. In ***1 we started manufacturing testing machines using our know-how and sourcing local components. By ***8 we opened a new manufacturing facility in Nasik and have since then been serving the industry with various testing requirements.

At present we are a highly specialized company concentrating on manufacturing strength testing equipment which serves a variety of industries such as textile, rubber, railways, automotive, aviation, defense etc. Our machines are used for applications varying from quality control to research and development.
