***6, our company was founded in Singapore, then we
acquired a *0% equity interest in a sino-foreign joint
venture with our PRC business partner .Plant location in HanWang
Town ,Mianzhu City,Sichuan,PR China
***7, we imported advanced producing technology
and facilities of *0,**0MTPA sodium and potassium phosphate from
USA.
********9, we commence over *0 different sodium
and potassium phosphates both food grade and tech grade, and
believe we are the first to produce phosphates heavy density
granules in China .
***0, We attained ISO***1 and ISO****1 Quality and
Environmental management system certification. We believe that we
were one of the few phosphate-based chemicals producer in PRC to
receive such accreditation at the time.
***2, we acquired **0,**0MTPA high grade phosphate
rocks mine rights in Mianzhu City Sichuan province,which allows us
the advantage to be a vertically-integrated producer of
phosphate-based chemicals.
We also acquired the entire equity interests of Joint-venture from
our then PRC business partner and became a wholly foreign-owned
enterprise in ***3.
***8, Our business was disrupted by the 7.9
magnitude earthquake on *2 May,( The Wenchuan Earthquake)
********1, We commence relocation ,recovery and
re-constructions .Two brand new Phosphorus furnaces with *0,**0 mt
capacity of P4 each were built. Phosphates production and
delivery was recovered.

incorporated in Asiaphos Group,Singapore.
Competitive
Strengths
High-quality phosphate deposits
Our phosphate deposits benefit from high levels of P**5 and low
levels of arsenic content, which are considered of higher
quality when compared to other phosphate rocks available in the
market.
Vertically-integrated strategy
With a view to enhance the value of our mines, we intend to
continue a vertically-integrated strategy by investing in
downstream processing facilities to process and refine raw
phosphate rocks and to produce downstream phosphate-based
chemical products. Based on our own mines,we may make sure raw
materials supply stability,raw material quality assurance and
cost controlling.
Production efficiency
We are able to enjoy significant cost and production
efficiencies due to the use of our (i) high-quality phosphate
rocks in our downstream operations, thereby requiring less
processing efforts; (ii) main production equipment is imported
from USA and (III) newly-built facilities, such as our
furnaces, which we believe are technologically advanced and
fully compliant with applicable regulations set by the relevant
PRC authorities.
Strategic geographical location
Our mines and Gongxing Facilities are located in close
proximity, being approximately *5 km apart. We believe that the
geographically advantageous location of our mines will provide
us with a reliable source of supply of phosphate rock to meet
our customers' demand for our products.

by highway within 5 days

We have our own long-existing warehouse at Tianjin port and may
arrange stocks there according to clients request,this realizes
a fast and just-in-time shipment .
