Our assembly product line is featured with various packages which include: TO**2、TO***-AP、TO***6、SOT**2、TO***0/**0FP、TO***2/**3、TO***1/**2、TO***7、TO*3P、TO***7、SOT**9、SOT***6、SOP*7/8、DIP*7/8、DFN5*6 etc.; in addition, a *-inch fab is under construction.
