Safely :it can be safely exchanged with only **4 operators ,which avoid the safety  loopholes under conventional operations .
Efficiency:The exchange time (from cutting the old felt to installing the new felt )can be controlled within  2 hours ,which is less much less than **6 hours of usual .and it is not necessary to debug the PM using this kind of product  when it takes a long time for PM to be stable  after exchanging the felt under  conventional operation .
