Rehydrate

We collect ******0 tonnes of OTR , truck , passenger & light commercial tyres per day and process them via pyrolytic reactors to produce varying grades of recovered pyrolytic carbon black, fuel oil and steel.

We keep the types of tyres seperate to their own reactors so the varying types of carbon black are relative to the rubber composition of the reduced tyres.

This allows us to provide our carbon black to specific markets instead of just having one type.

We supply the carbon black in 1 tonne bags with duffel tops and spout bottoms for ease of handling at delivery end. Bag Specifications below

In ***2 we are implementing a milling operation to allow us to increase the quality of the carbon black we have available.
