Established in ***7, NOKSEL serves domestic and international markets by manufacturing high-quality spiral welded steel pipes (HSAW/SSAW) and electric resistance welded steel pipes and hollow sections (ERW) for petroleum, gas, water, and construction/piling industries. With its state-of-the-art coating and lining facilities, NOKSEL offers its services to the end users. Since its foundation, NOKSEL has been one of the few top-tier steel pipe manufacturers and is still leading the sector in the region with its quality and experienced service from tailoring steel needs of its customer‚¬„s project up to safe and timely supply and delivery of the products.
NOKSEL started its spiral steel pipe manufacturing operations in Iskenderun, Turkey in ***8 and second spiral production plant is built in Hendek, Turkey in ***7. With its 5 production lines in both plants, NOKSEL ramped up its production capacity to **0.**0 tons per year. Both facilities are able to manufacture spiral welded steel pipes up to 3,**8 mm (**0") in diameter with a wall thickness of up to *6 mm (1.*2"), and they are in full compliance with American Petroleum Institute (API) Standards.
NOKSEL‚¬„sproduct range is enriched in ***1 with longitudinally welded steel tubes and hollow sections (ERW) for construction, automotive, furniture, and machinery industries. These products are manufactured in 9 production lines at Hendek facilities with an annual capacity of **0.**0 tons. ERW factory is able to manufacture in sizes ranging from *0x*0 mm up to **0x**0 mm and from 0.5 to 6 inches.
To offer better and quicker service to its European customers, NOKSEL subsidiary, Noksel Espa±a S.A., is established in Spain in ***8. With this investment, a new spiral pipe production plant is obtained in Lorca, Spain with a capacity of **0.**0 tons per year.
NOKSEL is currently in the planning stages for a new production facility in south of Turkey to serve its customers better. This new facility will house state-of-the-art, API certified ERW casing, tubing, and line pipes to expand NOKSEL‚¬„s product horizon to address the needs of petroleum and natural gas industries.
