We committed ourselves to deal with State registered and supervised cooperatives that guarantee standards of fair labour practices ( prohibition of child labour , paying fair wages to their members and the flexibility of work ( possibility of working at home for household keepers women in rural areas ...) ;a cooperative being a group of individuals (particularly women) with special skills working in group €on their own€ and sharing the revenue of their collective work.
