Coigue Flooring it is composed by three pieces: A. Coigue Decorative piece in a thickness of 4mm. B. Structural element. Radiata Pine piece in 5.5 mm. Laminated in cross-sectional form to the decorative piece, improves its dimensional stability of the floor in its wide one. C. Structural element. Radiata Pine piece in 4.5 mm. Laminated in the direction of the length form to the decorative piece. Avoids the expansion and contraction of the floor in its length. Witdh : **0 and **0 mm Length : 1.**0 and 1.**0 mm The moisture content is homogenous for every piece before laminated (8% a *0% M.C.), that way any torsion work it is avoided. The adhesive used in the laminate of the pieces is based on Polivinil-acetate with proper characteristics of a D3 adhesive, tolerant to the humidity. Once applied the pieces they are put under pressures of **0 Tons by m2. assuring integrity the piece as it been a solid piece of wood. The beams and the posts, make with a mix of dry elements in kiln dryer, of radiata Pine and Coigue, granting a dimensional stability and a superb structural behavior. They are given with surface finish grain completion **0 and without.
