The mission of Biona Group is to protect human health by ensuring the safety of crops, animal feed, and poultry / livestock products.

The manufacturing facility of Biona Group was founded in ***4.

The Group entered the Russian market in ***0 and became an industry leader in ten years (a status we have been enjoying ever since). In ***2, Biona Group has received an authorization from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia to market its product Nitrofix as an inoculant for soybeans; today, it is a sales hit on the Russian market of inoculants. 

The range of products for plant growing comprises bioprotectors against diseases and pests, microbial inoculants, biological seed treatments, and biofertilizers. We have products and technological solutions implemented in the production schemes of soybean, wheat, corn, sunflower, sugar beet, and other crops. Biona has developed a full range of products and technology for berries and greenhouse production of vegetables.

Products for animal husbandry include biological feed additives, antivirals, and probiotics (preserving feed and ensuring productivity of livestock and poultry).

Biona has also developed a line of products for wastewater treatment and recovery / recycling of household and industrial waste. Implementation of biotechnology-based products and technological solutions for environmental problems is one of our strategic avenues of development.

Biona's production facilities are ISO ****-certified and equipped with state-of-the-art process machinery. Our staff comprises highly professional specialists with expertise in biotechnology, process engineering, microbiology, agronomy, and soil science. Products manufactured by Biona have been IMO-certified as meeting EU standards of organic equivalence (i.e., complying with EC Regulations **4/***7 and **9/***8, adapted for non-EU countries).
