Kungawo Exports was formed in ***9 by Mr.Kungawo Stephen, whose
interest in plants and what the earth can produce started from a
young age in Zimbabwe where he grew up on a farm.
A qualified horticulturalist, Iain has worked in the fresh food and
fresh cut flower industry for over *5 years, gaining extensive
experience in production, quality assurance, marketing, freight
logistics and client relationship management.
He worked for two of Zimbabwes largest and most reputable fresh
export companies, whose markets were predominantly in the UK and
Europe. Kungawo was then transferred to Johannesburg where he not
only managed the import & export of fresh produce, but also for
fresh cut flowers. This resulted in him transacting with clients
all over the world.
kungawo vision of one day running his own export company became
reality when an opportunity arose in ***9, and so Tavish Exports
was born.
